You can with a little something called PCSX2. It's a completely FREE program, and is very easy to install and set up.
What is PCSX2? PCSX2 is the future of the PS2. It's an open-source PC emulator compatible with the majority of PS2 games, so if you want to play Final Fantasy X, Kingdom Hearts, Ico, or any other PS2 game, it works just fine. There are also widescreen patches available for hundreds of games lacking widescreen support, including SH2, SH3 and SH4.
All you need is a decent gaming PC and a gamepad, and it's easy to get started. Just put your PS2 disc into your PC, rip it, and use the emulator to play it. You can even connect your PC to your HDTV and play them on the big screen.
You can support PCSX2 by spreading the word, telling your friends, or donating to the team. PCSX2 is always improving and getting better every day, and compatibility is increasing so that more games run better and smoother.

Silent Hill 3[]
Silent Hill 3 is known to have wonky shadows. It is recommended to switch to Direct3D9 to remove shadows completely. Other than that, it runs pretty good.

Silent Hill 4: The Room[]
Silent Hill 4 runs good. Some minor graphic bugs here and there, but overall, it's great.

Silent Hill: Origins[]
Silent Hill: Origins runs good, until you get the flashlight. Then it suffers from shadow glitches.
Silent Hill: Shattered Memories[]
Shattered Memories is currently very messy, so don't even bother.
