Don Carmody: Third SH film being discussed
This was apparently received in an email response from producer Don Carmody's official website email. If this is true (and the title matches the title of emails I've received after contacting Don through his official site), I'm not sure whether to be happy or scared. NO BASSETT PLEASE!!!!
Discussion: Article tabs
Hello Wikians (Wikites?), I'd like to suggest a change in how articles are set up. Some of our articles are quite long, and many of them include dozens of images in their galleries. This may make page loading difficult for people with slow browsers. My suggestion would be to create tabs for the long articles, particularly the gallery sections. It would also help keep things better organized than one super massive page that stretches into infinity. The coding itself is very simple, and would go on the article's main page. An example of what a tabbed article looks like is the Albert Wesker page on the Resident Evil wiki.

Revelation original script
Silent Hill: Revelation's original script was recently posted online, and oh boy, is it ever a doozy. If you like the first film a lot, I would recommend that you not read this, because it will piss you off. The retcons are absolutely astounding, and are everywhere, especially in the flashback sequences. The most notable of these is that the script claims Alessa was burned in her own home, and that she created the Otherworld during the burning by turning her eyes black and taking control of the fire. There are several other retcons, including Claudia being the leader of the Order when Alessa was young, Dahlia knowing the Order wanted to perform a ritual on Alessa to impregnate her with their god, Sharon being a baby stolen from its parents …
Image rules and off topic content
I've noticed several people on the wiki as of late that seem to be unaware of our rules pertaining to images and forums/blogs. Because of this, the wiki is seeing a good deal of content that does not belong here.
Forums and blogs are veering into off-topic chatting repeatedly, which is not allowed. It's one thing if a somewhat off-topic discussion results in an intelligent conversation about important aspects of the series. It's quite another if the discussion turns to responses that obviously belong in a chat room, such as witty banter that has nothing to do with the topic of the thread/blog and goofing around. Dead links
As a favor to me, could everyone please don't erase dead links. Everyday, I go through the Wanted Pages category and add new pages, but if the links to the needed pages are removed, how will I know what to make? And not only does it affect me, but also anyone else who goes to Wanted Pages with the intention of making necessary pages that the wiki is lacking. So please don't erase those links unless the page name has changed, or the page is definitely never going to be made. Thanks! :)
