Team Silent

Team Silent is the designation used to refer to the now-defunct team responsible for creating the Silent Hill franchise for developer/publisher Konami, and developing Silent Hill, Silent Hill 2, Silent Hill 3 and Silent Hill 4: The Room.

Team Silent members are now working on separate projects, with the exception of Akira Yamaoka who continues to provide the music and sound effects for the series. Although there is a tendency in the community to view the team as homogenous across the series prior to Silent Hill: Homecoming, only Akira Yamaoka, Hiroyuki Owaku, and Masahiro Ito were fixtures for most of the series.
