This extra cinematic scene can be obtained one of two ways: The player can either beat the game on HARD, or collect every photograph in a single playthrough. If these tasks are met, then after the credits roll, Alex will, from a first-person perspective, climb the stairs leading to his room in the Shepherd House. Joshua will be seated on the bed, holding a camera. He begins to laugh, and takes a picture of his brother.
Once the game is completed, and depending on the ending, a pair of new weapons become available.
To receive this weapon, simply beat the game once, and save your file. You can find it in the Shepherd's garage on your next playthrough.
