The Sector 3 Key is an item that Alex Shepherd finds while exploring the Lair in Silent Hill: Homecoming.

After breaking free from the room he was imprisoned in, Alex goes searching for Elle Holloway, who was kidnapped and held captive deep in the lair. In Sector 2, he enters room 212 and, after breaking the glass that separates it from the adjoining room, jumps through the broken window into room 211. Among other items, he picks up the Sector 3 key from the key rack near the monitors. It grants him access to the Sector 3 of the Lair.
