The Prison Shank is an item found in Silent Hill: Downpour. It can be found in the shower room of Block B in Overlook Penitentiary. It is used in conjunction with some crime evidence and a badge on the scales in the Otherworld version of the prison.
It is most likely the shank George Sewell used to attack Murphy Pendleton and which put Frank Coleridge into a vegetative state.
