The Otherworld Hospital Note is a memo found in the Otherworld Alchemilla Hospital in Silent Hill: Homecoming. It is located on the 3rd floor, in Room 303. The note simply repeats "She's not here".

This could be a reference to Heather Mason in Silent Hill 3, with Stanley Coleman being a possible author, as he was very attached to her.
