An item in Silent Hill: Homecoming, the Old Revolver can be found in Alex Shepherd's home in the care of his mother. After coming up from the family's basement, she has the gun, sitting it in her lap. Alex, after conversing with her, takes it because he is afraid of what she may do with it. Later, Alex gives it to Curtis Ackers for his helpful information. In return, Curtis gives him a functioning firearm.
