One of multiple anonymous notes found on random objects scattered throughout town in Silent Hill: Origins, the Napkin memo can be found in Greenfield Apartments in a bedroom on the second floor. Like the newspaper, this is one of the few notes in the game addressed directly to Travis Grady.
It mentions a "hole", which may be a reference to the mysterious note James Sunderland finds scrawled on the wall of Neely's Bar in Silent Hill 2 (which, in turn, is speculated to be a foreshadowing of the holes that are Henry Townshend's main mode of travel in Silent Hill 4: The Room).
It is unclear who wrote on the napkin. Like the bar message, it does not appear to serve any purpose to the plot of the game; rather, it can be assumed that its reason is to simply unnerve the player via the direct order for Travis to leave.
