While the logos are appreciated, please do not put them in the plot section, since they have nothing to do with the story of the games. Instead, put them in the gallery, where pictures are supposed to be.

  The real place of those logos should remplace the "covers", and not in the gallery, which should only include screenshots and/ or Concept Art/ 3D Graphics Renders. 

  It's a more logical place for a logo. But the final choice is yours :)

  No, no, absolutely not. The covers (or box art) are far more important than the logos. Wikipedia, for example, uses box art and movie posters. If 1,000,000 copies of a video game are sold, it makes sense to use the packaging. Besides, the logo itself is pretty much always on the box art itself. Logos are appropriate on franchise/series articles.
