Added by CanieattacosMagpies is a memo found in Silent Hill: Origins by Travis Grady. It is located near the door leading into a doctor's office on the first floor of the Cedar Grove Sanitarium. The memo is addressed to a Dr. Harris, regarding a pair of troublesome patients.

- Our 'magpies' have been at it
- again. This time they SWALLOWED
- the damn keys to the Archives and the
- Basement.
- Don't worry... Gary has taken Mr.
- Magpie to the TB Ward and
- I'm taking Mrs. Magpie to hydrotherapy.
- We'll make them spit the keys out! This
- job would be great if it weren't for the patients!
- Clem."
