Joey Bartlett

Joseph "Joey" Bartlett was the son of the mayor of Shepherd's Glen, Mayor Bartlett. He and his father are descendants of one of the town's four founding families. As decreed by the pact made with the Order's demonic god to protect Shepherd's Glen from the curse of Silent Hill, Joey was sacrificed and buried to appease the god. In Silent Hill's greenhouse his spirit manifests into the demonic sepulcher, who kills his father and attempts to kill Alex.
Biography
Joey was the son of Mr. Bartlett, the mayor of Shepherd's Glen. Joey had a love of plants and was an avid gardener. He also was best friends with Josh, often playing in his treehouse. His father, the mayor, bought him expensive gifts and anything he asked for, and, like Scarlet, provided him with the "perfect" childhood during his short life. When it was time, Bartlett buried him alive in Silent Hill's hotel greenhouse. Because of this, Bartlett heavily drank and mutilated graves at the graveyard, most likely trying to "save" his deceased son.
