Added by HazardsfuryThe Inscribed Jennifer Carroll Statue is found in western Rosewater Park in Silent Hill 2. Jennifer Carroll was one of the founding members of the Order. She was accused of witchcraft in the 17th century and burnt at the stake.
Considered a saint by the cult she helped to establish, the aforementioned statue was erected in the park so she would never be forgotten.
