The X-Ray Film is an item obtained in Silent Hill: Homecoming. It is first discovered to be torn in two pieces in Alchemilla Hospital on the second floor. The first piece is located in the Nurse Station, and the second piece is located in Room 204. Once the x-ray film is obtained and placed together, the full combination is revealed to be 624872. This is used to solve the Keypad Combination.
