Silent Hill: Downpour
The War Medal is an item used in the "Stolen Goods" sidequest in Silent Hill: Downpour. It is a Purple Heart from World War II, and can be found in the Hillside Apartments on Lansdale Avenue. It belongs in the bedroom of an apartment on the first floor, where there is a case on a nightstand for it. In absence of it, planes will be heard soaring in the sky. Afterwards, war sounds will then be heard when the medal is in its rightful place.
