The Pork Liver is an item found in the Otherworld Hilltop Center of Silent Hill 3. Heather Mason can find the bag containing the bloodied pork liver in an open mini-fridge inside the Last Drop Cafe on the first floor. Combined with the oxydol and the matchbook, the pork liver can create a fire potent enough to burn through a painting in the Gallery of Fine Arts section of Hilltop Center.
