The Plastic Bottle is an item in Silent Hill. By obtaining it, Harry Mason can use it to hold the Aglaophotis found on the floor in the director's office of Alchemilla Hospital, which is then known as an "unknown liquid" in-game. It is located on a shelf at the back of the kitchen on the first floor of Alchemilla. Retrieving the plastic bottle is mandatory if the player wishes to achieve the Bad+ or Good+ endings.
