The Quarter Dollar is an item found in Silent Hill: Downpour. It can be found in the central watchtower of Level A2 in the Overlook Penitentiary inside a locked safe along with the Small Key. It is used to remove the ventilation cover in the Workshop's storage room, so Murphy Pendleton can escape an unseen monster, as well as evade drowning.
