The Oil-filled Bottle is an item that Heather Mason uses in Silent Hill 3. After using the empty wine bottle on the gas space heater, Heather will pump the bottle full of kerosene oil. The oil-filled bottle is then used to activate the winch in the adjacent room, which allows Heather to descend to the lower levels of the Underpass.
