The Nutcracker is an item found in Silent Hill 3. Heather Mason locates it sitting on a discarded table at the end of a blocked hallway in the Hazel Street Subway Station. The nutcracker must be used to open the blue gate blocking access to Platform 2. The gate is locked with a chain with a "nut" and bolt, and the nutcracker is required to be used to remove the "nut".
Trivia[]
- The gate locked with a nut and bolt is a reference to the movie Jacob's Ladder, however, the protagonist of the movie was unable to use a "nutcracker" to open the gate.
