The Lever is an item found in Silent Hill: Downpour. Depending on the game's difficulty, the lever can be found in two different locations. It is used to fix the controls in the St. Maria's Monastery.

- On the easy and normal mode of the game, the lever can be found on the desk of the control room in the monastery.
- On hard mode, the lever can be found in the theater auditorium.
