Catherine "Kate" Davis Higgins (also known as Kate Davis) is an American-born voice actress, singer, and jazz pianist who voiced Michelle Valdez in Silent Hill: Shattered Memories.
Biography[]
Kate Higgins was born on August 16, 1969, in Charlottesville, Virginia. She graduated from Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama, with a degree in music. She is married to Jeff Lofland and has two sons: Beckett, who was born in 2009, and Foster, who was born in 2010.

She is best known for the English voice of Sakura Haruno in the anime series Naruto, Talho Yūki from Eureka Seven, C.C. from Code Geass, and Saber from the anime Fate/Stay Night. As of 2010, she is the voice of Miles "Tails" Prower in the Sonic the Hedgehog series.
