The Crank is an item required for "The Gramophone" sidequest in Silent Hill: Downpour. It is a simple, antique-lookng hand crank that can be found in the cabinet of a child's room in an apartment on Brite Street. It is used to fix the gramophone in the living room of the apartment. It should be noted that, although using the crank will fix the gramophone, a gramophone record is still needed to complete the sidequest.
