The Levin St. House Key or just House Key is a key Harry Mason finds in Silent Hill. On the right-hand side of North Levin St. is a house with a bloody dog house, and inside, the Levin St. House Key is found, taped to its ceiling. The item can be used to open the front door to the house the dog house belongs to.

Harry first gets the clue to search the dog house from drawings left behind by his daughter Cheryl. After getting the hint to head to Midwich Elementary School, Harry encounters an abysmal hole on Matheson St. that would normally lead to Midwich St. On the edge of the hole are more drawings; one reads "Levin St.", and another reads "Doghouse". Without finding the drawings first, searching the dog house will only result in Harry claiming that nothing important can be found.
