Silent Hill 4: The Room
The Crested Medallion is an item that Henry Townshend obtains in Silent Hill 4: The Room. Henry takes the medallion from the damaged statue near the edge of Toluca Lake during his second visit to the Forest World. The medallion is used to exit the Forest World through the hidden altar under the Wish House Orphanage.
It's described as a round, ten-inch disc, and is inscribed with the the Order's seal, the Halo of the Sun. It fits into the circular indentation of the door found in the underground altar.
