Ceiling Monsters are creatures that appear in Among the Damned. They appear to have elongated arms that allow them to hang from ceilings in a bat-like fashion. Their legs are fused together, and they appear to lack feet, furthering their bat-like appearance. The creatures will drop down onto an unsuspecting victim below them as a means of attack.
Among the Damned[]
Jason and Dahlia run into a church to hide from the monsters of Silent Hill, only to be met by a group of the Ceiling Monsters. The monsters begin to drop onto the pair, making loud screeching noises as they fall, but Dahlia shifts form and takes control of them. The faceless creatures are never seen again after that.
