The Double Headed Axe is a unique weapon found in Silent Hill: Downpour and can only be obtained by entering the code 171678 into a green locker, which will also unlock the Nailgun. Inputting this code will result in the Axe being a randomly located weapon. However, doing so will unlock the other two and prevent Murphy Pendleton from using the other weapons redeemable by code, in any subsequent playthrough. It has high power and extremely high durability. The weapon can also be used to break locks and open doors covered in wood.
