Cold Blood is a song from Silent Hill: Homecoming and is track 4 in the Homecoming soundtrack. It was composed by Akira Yamaoka. Cold Blood is sometimes referred to as "Josh's Theme" because it is usually heard in scenes with Joshua Shepherd and its melody alludes to his tragic death. At the beginning of the song, noises that sound like they are underwater can be heard, alluding to how he died. The piano work contains bits of Alex Theme and becomes more apparent around the 2:14 mark.
