The Chinese Restaurant is on the third floor of the Central Square Shopping Center. Inside, Heather Mason finds a cooked dog corpse on the table, which contains a key that unlocks the door to Cafe Paradise Noon. Heather can also find a health drink and first aid kit on the nearby counter.
- The cooked dog corpse may be a play on the common belief that Chinese restaurants use dog meat in their meals, or it may just be another contribution to the repulsive nature of Silent Hill. It may also be a satire on speciesism, and how some Americans/Westerners/meat eaters view eating dogs as taboo while eating other types of animals is acceptable.
