The Chinese Cleaver is a weapon found in Silent Hill 2: Restless Dreams sub-scenario, Born from a Wish. It is wielded by Maria and can be found in Heaven's Night at the beginning of the scenario. The Chinese Cleaver is very strong for a melee weapon as it is shown to take down a Mannequin or Lying Figure in about 5 hits on Hard mode. Each slice with the cleaver temporarily stuns a monster for a brief moment, making successive slices easy.
