According to the newspaper, Thomas was killed due to multiple stab wounds in the front of the neck and the left side of the torso. The police report that the motive behind the crime was not robbery, but a crime of passion. The person who took his life was none other than his daughter, Angela, because she could no longer take the abuse from him.
