The Basement Storeroom Key is found inside of the Otherworld version of Alchemilla Hospital in Silent Hill. Harry Mason finds the key on a gurney inside of the operating room on the second floor. It can be used to unlock the door to the storeroom on the basement floor of the hospital. Inside, Harry will find the entrance to the hospital's secret basement; however, only after acquiring some disinfecting alcohol and a lighter can Harry continue further down, as thick vines impede his path.
